The hotel is ideally located on Corong Corong beach, offering a beautiful view, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by cleanliness issues and a lack of adequate service. The dining options were limited, as there was no restaurant for lunch or dinner, only breakfast, which was decent. The pool was not clean, and we faced multiple issues during our stay, leading us to feel that it didn't provide good value for money.

I had a frustrating experience from the start, trying to get a booking which was nearly impossible due to communication issues. The location is great, right by Corong Corong beach, but the service and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. In short, the hotel has potential due to its setting, but the management needs to seriously improve their booking process and overall upkeep.
